Residential social service can´t be provided:

• if the applicant´s health requires to provide acute medical care in a medical facility
• if the applicant can´t stay in social service due to acute infectious and parasitic diseases, venereal diseases, tuberculosis
• if the applicant demands 100% privacy
• if the applicant requires constant accompaniment of the staff
• if the applicant is addicted to alcohol, narcotics and toxic substances
